Safeguarding

 

At Dovedale Primary School the safety and wellbeing of our pupils is at the heart of all we do.

The thread of safeguarding runs through all policies and procedures and throughout our school day.

Mrs Houseman is the designated safeguarding lead in our school, Mrs Tomlinson and Mr Davies are the deputy safeguarding leaders. Mr Wallace is the Governor responsible for safeguarding. All staff receive training and updates yearly and updates on a regular basis in staff training and are required to read and sign appropriate and statutory documents.

Safeguarding includes Child Protection, Health and Safety, Well Being including anti bullying.
